Transfers To Your Account

Transfer reports show money as it gets transferred to your bank account. Transactions get batched on a daily basis and are sent.

Click on each line item to see the transactions that make the batch. In-Transit or Paid show the status.

• Credit card transactions take 2-5 business days

• ACH (bank account) transfers take 5-7 business days

From each line item you will be able to export the data into a spreadsheet:

In each line item, you will see the following columns: Proceeds - The amount that was transferred to your bank account after fees were deducted

Donation - The original donation amount without fees deducted.

Transaction Fee- The credit card/ACH processing fee the organization paid per transaction if the donors did not cover it.

The credit card processing fee is 2.7% + $0.30 per transaction.

The ACH/ Bank Account processing fee is 1.3% per transaction.

PayBee Fee- The 2% fee on all electronic donations/ transactions.
