This is where you can:

• Opt-in to send tax receipts to your donors. You can opt out of this as well.

• Enter your organization's info

• Change your donor page theme settings

• Change your password

• Add emails to be notified when there are successful transactions for your organization.

To update any information please add the information/make the changes and then select the Update button at the bottom of each field

Organization Info

Enter your organization's name, email address of your primary contact, email address of your team member who is responsible for answering questions from donors (aka donor support), mission statement, description, website link, address and phone number.

The name, mission statement, description and website link are all available to the donors viewing your campaigns. The address and phone numbers are included in the donation/payment receipts sent to donors.

Updating Organization Information

If you want to update the connected bank account, EIN, etc, you will have to do it over the phone.

Account Settings

Donor Fees

Choose to have the donors optionally cover transaction fees alone or the transaction fees and platform fees. By default, donors have the option of covering the transaction fees only. Fee structure and pricing details may be found here.

Annual Tax Receipts

We send consolidated annual tax receipts for all donations recorded on PayBee to donors in the third week of January. Everyone is opted in by default. Typically, organizations are opted IN.

Donor Page Settings

• Organization Logo - Displayed to donors in all screens and emails from PayBee. We highly recommend adding a logo before you share any links with donors.

• Cover image - This image is displayed to donors as the campaign image when no image has been set for a campaign.

• Page Background Image - Choose a background image to replace the white background on all donor pages to match your branding. When a background image is selected, it replaces the background color.

• Page Background Color - Change the background color on all donor pages to match your branding. Default is white.

• Main Buttons Color - Change the button color on all donor pages to match your branding. Default is purple. This include all payment buttons and any clickable elements on the donor side.

• Header Color - The banner displayed along side the logo to donors in all screens and emails from PayBee uses this color. Default is navy blue.

• Header Text Color - The banner text displayed along side the logo to donors in all screens and emails from PayBee uses this color. Your organization's name is the text displayed over the banner. Default is white.

Notifications

Email addresses added here will receive a notification for each successful transaction through PayBee.

Change Password

Enter your current password and then your new password and verify the new password.
