## **About**

The Last Hero game, sometimes called Last Man/Person Standing, is a fundraising game played during virtual, in-person, or hybrid events. The rules of the game are as follows:

* The title of Last Hero and a special prize is given to the last person who donates. So to win, it's not who donates the most it's who donates last.
* Attendees can donate as many times as they like and every time they donate, they're adding to the total owed.

## Creating a Last Hero Campaign&#x20;

Navigate to **Campaigns > New Campaign > Last Hero**

<figure><img src="https://2556307568-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F-MVbQYaTpoeLV6eAXrTw%2Fuploads%2Fys2D4fY4fNBJjBjM3KlU%2Fimage.png?alt=media&#x26;token=4eb98274-7914-4dae-8c1f-3685aa6fda2d" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Add the Name, Campaign description, Image and Time Zone associated with your campaign.

## Last Hero Configuration

Add the Basic Details, Donor Details, Availability, Advanced Settings, Cover Fee Settings and Confirmation Email settings as you would with every other campaign. More information on this can be found [here](https://docs.paybee.io/home/resources/general-campaign-settings/campaign-settings).

&#x20;The campaign description is displayed to virtual attendees when the game is live. Organizations typically describe the prize to be won here. The Optional Campaign Goal under the Last Hero Settings section is currently not displayed to attendees.

## Last Hero Options <a href="#merchandise-settings" id="merchandise-settings"></a>

Add one or more options under Last Hero Options (we suggest multiple options). This will allow you to make real-time decisions at the event depending on the audience's participation. The audience only sees the campaign/option when you choose to make it visible/share it.

The settings for each option are divided into the following sections:

### Basic Details

* **Images:** Add one image for the Last Hero option.
* **Thumbnail:** Create a thumbnail for your Last Hero Option or generate one from your main Last Hero Option image.
* **Option Name:** Enter the Last Hero Option name to be displayed to donors.
* **Amount:** Enter the cost of that level/option of the Last Hero Game

### Additional Info

Collect additional information from donors who select this long pledge level option. Enabling these will override campaign-level settings. You can collect responses in the form of text or the donor may select one of the options provided in your question. You can make these optional or required.

### Option Description

Set the description and summary for this Last Hero Option. The summary is displayed when donors are viewing the Last Hero Campaign. The description is seen when donors tap on the name of the Last Hero Option to view the Last Hero details.

### Custom Launch/ End Date

Control visibility of your Last Hero Option by adding launch and end dates and times. If the Last Hero campaign is visible to donors but the launch date for this Last Hero Option is in the future, donors will not be able to see this Last Hero yet.

{% hint style="info" %}
Once the last hero has been declared, their name and email can be found under the campaign name in your list of campaigns.
