Sharing Event Links

Navigate to Manage > Events and click the Links button next to your event under your event.

An In Person Event will only have access to the Event Page Link.

Virtual or Hybrid event have access to the links below.

Join Link - Link to share if you want users to register and join your event at the same time.

RSVP Link - Link for attendees to register for the virtual event. It sends registration confirmation along with a personal join link.

Watch Party - If someone is joining the watch party where they are watching the video on a big screen. This link can be used for attendees to participate in the pledge drive, live auction, etc. from their phones without the video.

Big Screen Monitor - This link can be used to show an in-person audience the bidding and other activity on a big screen or TV. Everything is shown in real-time with a goal line.

Event Page - Use this link to share your customized event page with donors.
