We recommend waiting until a day or two before your event so most guests have their paddles/table cards printed out barring a few who sign up at the last minute. We typically recommend printing all material on card stock paper or paper that is of similar durability and thickness. PDFs to all of the above may be found by going to **Manage** > **Events** > **...** button > **In-Person Event Report** > **Paddles** tab. {% embed url="" %} Understanding the difference between paddles, table cards and name cards {% endembed %} {% hint style="info" %} The number of blank or unassigned paddles, table cards, name cards and QR codes is based on the number of unassigned paddles you entered in the event settings. You can update this by going to **Manage** > **Events** > **Edit** > navigate to the **Event Paddles** section. {% endhint %} ## Bidder Paddles If you plan on having guest names and/or table numbers printed on the paddles, you will have to assign paddles and tables to all guests before printing out the paddles. Once you have assigned paddles you can preview and download the paddles for printing. There are 3 different formats of Bidder Paddles you can choose from: * Double-Sided Bidder Paddles - the front and back have the same guest information which includes paddle number and QR code, guest name, table number and category (if applicable) * One-Sided Bidder Paddles - only one side has the guest information which includes paddle number and QR code, guest name, table number and category (if applicable) * One-Sided Image Bidder Paddles - one side has an image that you can upload and the other side has the guest information which includes paddle number and QR code, guest name, table number and category (if applicable). Image must be of PNG or JPEG format and under 5MB. Paddles are usually printed and attached to a handle. You can purchase paddle sticks or ice-cream sticks. Here are examples of the same on Amazon: * Ice cream/popsicle sticks - * Paddle/craft sticks - You can find the printing instructions for the desired paddle format here as well. The PDFs generate one paddle per sheet. The sheet must then be folded in half and attached to a stick to create the paddle.

## Table Cards Table Cards are smaller than bidder paddles but have the same information as the bidder paddles - guest names, table numbers and categories, and paddle numbers. You will have to assign paddles and tables to all guests before printing out these out as well. Once assigned, you can preview and download the table cards for printing. PayBee's table cards are double-sided tented cards that must be printed on letter size paper. Before printing, make sure to set the 'Pages per sheet' value as 4. Once printed out, the cards will need to be cut and folded in half.

## Name Cards Name Cards are smaller than table cards but have the same information as the bidder paddles - guest names, table numbers and categories, and paddle numbers. You will have to assign paddles and tables to all guests before printing out these out as well. Once assigned, you can preview and download the name cards for printing. There are 3 different formats you can choose from: * 3.5" by 2" Landscape Name Cards * 2" by 3.5" Portrait Name Cards Both must be printed on letter size paper with the scale set to 100% to fit Avery 5371 sticker paper or a similar template. Each page has 10 cards.

## QR Codes If you are using your own paddles but would like to use PayBee QR Codes to facilitate self-checkout, print our 1.5" by 1.5" QR Codes on sticker paper and stick them on your paddles. Our QR Codes have the same information as the bidder paddles - guest names, table numbers and categories, and paddle numbers. You will have to assign paddles and tables to all guests before printing out these out as well. Once assigned, you can preview and download them for printing. Our QR codes must be printed on letter size paper with the scale set to 100% to fit Avery 22805 sticker paper or a similar template. Each page has 24 QR Codes.
