Hosting an Event

PayBee supports three event formats. Use this guide to find the one that matches your needs, then follow the steps to set up, prepare, and run your event.

In Person Event

This event is held in person with your guests in attendance.

Virtual Event

This event takes place entirely online. Your donors can watch and donate from a computer or mobile device.

Hybrid Event

This event is held both online and in person. Your donors can attend and donate while watching your event from a computer or mobile device, thanks to features like our Audience Monitor.
