# Event Monitor Guide

At PayBee we have event monitors and auction monitors that can be displayed for all the attendees at your event.<br>

## Auction Slideshow

At PayBee we offer slideshows for both Silent and Live Auction. The Silent Auction Slideshow will show a leaderboard on each auction item and transitions in 7 seconds for each item. The Live Auction Slideshow will show the starting bids for each auction item in the Live Auction.

You can find the Auction Monitor by going to Manage > Auctions and clicking on your Auction and clicking on the Auction Slideshow

## Event Day Monitors

At PayBee we offer two event day monitors for you to choose from which are the Simple Audience Monitor and Hybrid Audience Monitor. While they both require WiFi access the hybrid audience monitor requires you to run the PayBee Back End and have volunteer enter in live auction bids and or donation pledges live through the Live Activity Mode of the PayBee App.

### Simple Audience Monitor

You can create and or edit a simple audience monitor by going to Manage> Events and clicking on Manage Audience Monitor. From there you can choose which image and campaigns to include the activity of on the audience monitor as well as to display a goal or progress and what amount to start the monitor with.

### Hybrid Audience Monitor

For more information about running the Hybrid Audience Monitor please see the [Roles section of our help center](/home/events/hybrid-events/roles.md) as this covers how to run the PayBee Back End as well as what the [clerk](/home/events/hybrid-events/roles.md#clerk) sees on the PayBee app.
