The All Pending Report
The All Pending Report contains all attendees who have not paid or have been marked as paid on PayBee.

We recommend sending pending pledges in this timeline:
Immediately after the event ends
The following morning
Every other day that week
After this, you can send reminders on a weekly basis until there are no pending pledges left
To send a pending pledge reminder to all please click on the Reminders tab Pending Cart Reminder to All and then select Send Now or Schedule for Later
Cart reminder to a specific donor
Find the donor in the All Pending Report, click on See Cart, and then click on the Send Reminder Button.
Adding to Cart
To add to an existing cart
Find the donor to who you want to add an item or donation to in the All Pending Report, click on See Cart and then click on the Add More button you will then be able to select the campaign and the option you want to add. To send them a new email with what you have added click on the Send Reminder Button.
To create a cart
Click on the Add to Cart Button and type the donor's email and name and select the campaign and the option you want to add. To send them a new email with what you have added click on the Send Reminder Button.
Recording cash and check payments
Find the donor who has made the payment in the All Pending Report, click on See Cart and then click click on the Checkout button. You can select the Donation Method, add a memo for your team's records and choose to send an acknowledgment to the donor.
Break up payments
To split payments, remove extra items from the donor's cart and sent out a reminder. Once that's processed, add the remaining amount to the cart and send out another reminder.
Bulk Checkout
To view attendees who are listed in the Pending Report but have stored their card details either through the event reminder email or during event check-in.
Step 1: Navigate to Manage.
Step 2: Select Events.
Step 3: Click the three dots next to the desired event to open the In Person Event Report.
Step 4: In the In Person Event Report, click on Bulk Checkout.
At this point, you'll find a comprehensive list of attendees with a saved card on file. These attendees have a pending cart and are ready for checkout.
Step 5: Choose the attendees to checkout. This can be done individually or by selecting all attendees at once.
Step 6: Click Continue.
Step 7: Decide whether to send a receipt to the attendees. If so, ensure the receipt option is turned on. If the receipt should only come from you all, ensure this option is turned off.
Step 8: Confirm the amount and whether the attendee has chosen to cover the fee.
Step 9: Click Checkout.
If an error message appears during checkout, it'll indicate which cards have been processed or which payments failed. In case of a failed payment, try processing the payment again or contact the donor to understand the reason for the failure.
