Setup Back-Up Stream For Emergencies

Having a back-up plan is always important! The steps below outline how to make sure that you have an alternative streaming platform on the day of your event and switch as needed.
In this example, set up your YouTube as the primary stream for the event. Twitch will be the backup stream.
Navigate to Manage > Virtual Events > Edit > Live Stream Info.
Set Stream Provider to Twitch and paste the URL.
Hit Save.
Navigate to Manage > Events > Run.
Click Lobby, then Run.
Click Create a Broadcast, then New Broadcast. Select both your YouTube and Twitch accounts.
In case of interruption on the primary stream, switch to the primary stream following these steps:
Update stream link on PayBee
Navigate to Manage > Virtual Events > Edit > Live Stream Info
Set Stream Provider to Twitch and paste the URL.
Hit Save
On the Producer's screen, change mode to Lobby and back to Start
Navigate to Manage > Events > Run
Click Lobby, then Start
That's it, you're all set.
