Our recommendation is YouTube or Twitch since they offer the least delay. Listed below are a few of the other platforms we have worked with.
YouTube: 2-3 seconds delay
Twitch: 3-4 seconds delay
Facebookarrow-up-right: 24-26 seconds delay
Vimeo: 18-20 seconds delay
We also recommend running 2 streams in parallel (eg. YouTube and Twitch), so if one goes down, you can switch to the other stream.
