To create a live auction campaign, Navigate to Campaigns > New Campaign > Auction.
The person running the PayBee Back End will present and declare a winner when the auctioneer or host is ready to finish bidding on an item.
For a Virtual Event, Donors select the green Bid or the black Bid More button to place their bid on the live auction. For a Hybrid Event, Donors/ Bidders who are attending the event online on the Event Scrren use the green Bid or the black Bid More button to place their bid on the live auction. Donors/ Bidders who are participating live and in-person place their bids by raising their paddle in the air and your clerk enters their bid directly in the system to keep in-person and online bids in real-time.
Donors/ Bidders who are participating live and in-person place their bids by raising their paddles in the air. You can choose to enter all bids during the live auction in real-time to display on your audience monitor if your event is set up as a Hybrid event. If your event is not set up as a hybrid event or you don't want to add all bids volunteers can sell the items to the winner's carts using the PayBee App by volunteers or via the Pending Report or In-Person Event Report by account admins.
For Virtual and Hybrid Events from the producer's dashboard, delete incorrect bids and the bid amount on the donors' side will reset to the correct level.
For In-Person Events remove the item from the incorrect cart and add it to the correct winner's cart.
To see all those who haven't paid yet for their auction items and send them payment reminders you want to visit the All Pending Report or your In-Person Event Report or Virtual Event Report depending on your event.
