General Campaign Settings

This article covers some common settings applicable to all types of campaigns. The sections after this will drill down into each type of campaign.

1. General Settings

Start and End Date: If you want the campaign to be invisible before a date or after a specific date, you can control it by setting the start and end date's value.

Another way to do it is to activate or deactivate the campaign

Clone a Campaign

Create a copy of a campaign for testing or anything else.

Hide from the campaign page

Control if campaign listing on campaign page includes this campaign or not.

Promote other campaigns

f you want to promote any other campaign with this campaign, you can flip this on to select a campaign. It will show up on the donation's options page and success page. Only applicable in online donations scenario.

Post donation form

If you want donors to complete a form (e.g., Registration form), you can add a URL (e.g., link to a google form) here. It will be shown to donors at the successful completion of the transaction. Only available for online donations.

Internal Id for reporting

You can set this value for reporting purposes only if you would like to connect this campaign to any external id you have in your CRM or any external system. This will populate it all donations report.

2. Email Settings

Optional header

Donors get acknowledgment emails for every completed transaction. Text added here will be added to the top of the email in bold.

Emails for notification

You can add one or more email ids here if you like email notifications for each completed donation. This is in addition to the donor's acknowledgment.
