Grid View for Ticketing Campaigns
This release includes a new donor view for ticketing campaigns; this is well suited for Party Signup, merchandise sales, and other simple ticketing situations with a larger number of items.

Auction Slide Show
We have added a slide show created off any auction. It uses the images and names from the auction campign to create a slide show that is designed for the big screen. To get the URL for the auction slide show:
Go to Manage/Auctions
Click on the auction from the list.
On the of the page, there is a link titled "Auction Slide Show". Copy and use it for the display.
Partial Cart Checkout
This feature enables you to select the items from the list of the donation cart. Go to reports/all pending, click on see the cart, and select the items you want to check out.
Bulk image upload for Slide Show on Event Page
The event Page slide show section, now supports bulk uploading of images for the slide show.

Individual Seat Assignments for tables
We have added support for individual seat assignments, the naming of seats, and the naming of tables. Suited for assigning seats in auditoriums, and name starting holes for golf events. It's an optional feature, and you can have a combination of tables with seat assignments and some with no assigned seating. Read more here.

Basket Raffle
We have added support for the basket raffle. It allows a ticketing campaign to be set as the basket raffle and manage it from manage/tickets and guests. Also added support for drawing the winner for each basket. Buyers get asked to allocate the tickets to baskets after ticket purchase.
Important: There are State laws governing charity raffles. We only provide that technology to host the raffle. Please consult your state laws before hosting your raffle on PayBee.
Checkin Guests from the Dashboard
You can now check-in guests from the PayBee dashboard. It also includes saving the card or removing the already saved card. To use this feature:
Go to Manage/Events
Click on ... next to the event and then In-Person event report.
You will see a check-in link for each attendee.
You can check in individual guests or groups together.
Campaign Image at the bottom
We have added a campaign image with unrestricted size. It is shown below options in the donor experience. Suitable for showing sponsors any additional information that needs to be shown to users. It is located under the general settings for the campaign.
Full page Paddle: A4 size bid paddles
Added a new paddle format for full-page A4 size. It can be printed double-sided on A4 size paper or on A3 and folded in the middle. Go to Manage/Events --> ... -> In-person event report --> paddles tab to try it out.

Promo code for tickets.
We have added support for promo codes for all tickets. It can be configured as a percentage, fixed discount, or full complimentary. Go to manage/Tickets and Guests and the Promo Code tab to create and use it. Read more here.

Schedule Reminders for Events, Tickets, and Pending Carts.
You can now schedule reminders for your events, tickets, and pending carts. Scheduling capability is included in respective pages for event reports, manage/tickets and guests, and report/all pending.

Tap To Pay on Apple and Android Devices:
PayBee app now supports Tap To Pay on iOS devices with NFC and Android. Update to the latest version of the PayBee app to use this feature for checkout at your next event. Read more here.

Combo Ticket:
A Combination ticket can be considered as a ticket package where multiple ticket options from the same campaign or other campaigns may be included (each of a specific quantity) along with the combination ticket option being purchased. You may choose to use the combination ticket option as an avenue of payment and include event tickets, raffle tickets, drink tickets, etc., from other campaigns or choose to use the combination ticket option as a table and include the other tickets from other campaigns.
Bulk card checkout using a saved card:
Bulk checkout of multiple pending carts is available now in the in-person event report. This feature allows you to process all or selected carts using a saved card.
Save cards from reminder emails for the ticketing campaign.
A new setting is added to the ticketing campaign, which, if enabled, adds an additional button in the event reminder email, letting guests save their cards, which administrators can process later. Only available for ticketing campaigns connected to the in-person event and only available in the in-person event report for processing.

Quick Add Pledges by Paddle Number
The equivalent of "Add Multiple Pledges" in the PayBee app. It can be used to quickly add pledges and auction items to the donor cart using the paddle number. Available in the in-person event report.
Navigation improvements for Dashboard

Silent Auction:
Support for adding a video along with multiple images for each auction item.
Added extra fields like donated by, item id#, etc.
Ability to mark any item as a featured item which will show up on top of the user bid dashboard and be marked in the auction items list. It also allows bidders to filter by featured items.
Improved user bid dashboard for bidders to keep track of all the bids along with real-time bid activity flow. This dashboard can be accessed by the link sent in each email and text notifications to the bidder. It also can be accessed directly by logged-in users.
Support for filtering by categories and search in manage/auction.
Ticketing:
New and improved support for multiple ticket type selection along with guest required.
"Guest-required" and "Send Tickets" can be configured for each ticket option, which is great for mixing and matching different types of tickets in teh same campaign.
Completely redesigned user experience for adding and inviting guests. New and improved flow for payment and add guests to teh tickets.
MnagaeTicket and Guests have a new reminder at every level.
Improved ticket email with a clear explanation of tickets and guests etc.
On-demand support for guests to add cards from the link sent in the reminder emails. This is a limited-release feature. Please contact us if you would like us to enable it for you.

Annual Receipt for 2022 and Preview Receipt:
Go to Reports/Donors from the left menu.
Select the date range on the top from January 1, 2022, to December 31, 2022.
Click on the "..." next to the donor you want to see receipts for.
Then click on "Preview/Send Annual Receipt..." and you will see a preview button.

Auto/Max Bid support for Silent Auction
Autobid/maxbid feature for Silent auctions is available for all silent auction campaigns. By default, it will be enabled for all new campaigns created. For existing campaigns, it can be switched on by editing the campaign. This setting is located under Campaign/Auction settings.

Custom Color for Event Page
1. You can now copy an existing event page theme and customize the color for all sections. 2. Go to Manage/Events and edit the event and then navigate to the Event Page Tab. 3. Create a new theme from the existing theme and edit it to customize it.
Event Page Invitations
1. Guests can be invited to register via the event page for all event types. 2. Go to Manage/Events, click on the ... and then Virtual or In Person event reports, select the "Event Page Invitation" tab to invite one by one, or upload for bulk invitations.

New & Improved Ticketing
New look and feel on the donor side while purchasing tickets and on your dashboard when managing tickets and guests.
When adding guests to a ticket, your team and your donors can select placeholder emails if you don't have a guest's email address. You may also choose to have guests share email addresses and bidder numbers.
Send ticket holders reminders to add guests to their tickets if there are empty spots on the ticket.
While creating a ticketing campaign, you can decide if the tickets are to be connected to in-person or virtual events, so the appropriate fields are automatically adjusted.
Videos On The Event Landing Page
You can now embed a video from YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, or any other website with embeddable videos into your event landing page. You can also choose to include a title and description along with the video.
Limited release of PayBee Low Latency Streaming for Virtual and Hybrid Event:
You don't need to rely on third-party streaming services like YouTube or Twitch. It's a limited release, please contact us if you like to use this for your next event. It is low latency (2 seconds with most video services and sub-second latency with OBS-RTC.

Add On Donation for Ticketing campaigns
Now you can add a donation campaign to the ticketing campaign for people to add an optional donation to the ticket purchase, whether it is a free or paid ticket.
Edit the campaign, switch the option 'Enable Add On Donation', select a campaign and save.
This option will show up after the ticket has been selected and right before the payment page for the donors.

Campaign:
Each campaign option can have its own description.
Sponsors can be added to each campaign. Once a sponsor group is created, it can be shared across many campaigns.
Old and not in use campaigns can be archived, reports will still be available, but they will not appear in various dropdowns across managing and reports, reducing clutter and confusion.
Donor Pages:
We have redesigned the campaign donor experience to be consistent, beautiful, and intuitive across any device size. Better controls and are even easier easy to navigate.
Event:
All relevant links are now available in one place. This includes event join, rsvp, big screen display, watch party join link, etc.
Misc other fixes are included in the major release.

Separate Watch, Pledge, and Chat tabs with activity buttons so donors never miss a pledging or bidding opportunity
Enter Watch Party mode, so the video turns off. Guests will watch videos on the TV or large screen. Bidding and chat will continue on their own device.

Silent Auction Enhancements
The top bidder name will be displayed on bidding screen.
Bid confirm and Outbid email will include a list of all other bids (if there) by the same user with amount status and link to bid again.
Winning email and SMS is going to be a single email if a bidder wins multiple items. Right now its is one email & SMS per win.
Email footer from campaign setting will be included in winning email. Right now it is not there.
