Campaign & Event Sponsors

Add logos of your campaign and event sponsors to all donor-facing pages

We have updated design experience for sponsor management across campaigns and event landing pages. You can now reuse the same sponsor groups across campaigns and events without needing separate uploads. Add sponsor groups once and display them consistently across all campaign and event experiences. This enables better organization and visibility of sponsors across experiences.

Add Sponsors To Campaigns

Edit your campaign and go to the Sponsors tab. You can create a new sponsor group or choose to add an existing sponsor group to your campaign.

To create a new sponsor group, tap on New Group, enter a name for this group of sponsors. Once the group has been created, add new sponsors to the group by tapping on New Sponsor.

Add the sponsor logo, enter the name of the sponsor and optionally add a website URL. When a website URL is added to a sponsor, its logo becomes clickable and directs users to the website.

Once you've added your sponsors, tap Save on the bottom right to update your campaign. Donors will now be able to see the sponsor logos under the sponsor group(s) you've added to the campaign when they view the campaign.

If you are no longer using a sponsor group, you can tap on the ... button to delete it. This simply archives the group. You can always restore it if you accidentally deleted it.

Add Sponsors To Events

To add sponsors to your event landing page, virtual event experience or hybrid audience monitor, go to Manage > Events > Click on your event. Go to the Sponsors tab.

As outlined in the section above, tap on New Group to add a new sponsor group or go to the All Groups tab to see added sponsor groups on your account to include it in your event.

In case of virtual and hybrid events, all sponsor groups added to an event will be displayed on the hybrid audience monitor and all screens in the virtual experience.

Displaying On Event Page

Go to Manage > Events > Edit button under your event. Go to the Event Page tab. If you'd like to hide the sponsor group(s) from your event header section, disable the 'Show on event page' flag located in the General Settings.

If you'd like to move the sponsor group(s) from below the header section and customize the location, scroll down to Sections, tap on Add Section and then enter all the sponsor section details. Save the section and move it around if necessary. Your sponsor group(s) will now be displayed on the event page.
