# Fundraising Campaigns Guide Campaigns allow you to communicate your cause and process donations from your community. Depending on your fundraising scenarios, different types of campaigns will give you different superpowers. ## Creating Campaigns {% embed url="" %} ## Campaign Types Here are all the campaigns we offer on PayBee and an explantion for each which will help you select the right type of campaign to set up depending on the fundraising event or activity you are planning.

Donation	Donation campaigns are used to process one-time or recurring donations, or organize a Fund-a-Need, paddle raise, or pledge drive.	2026 Donations Image.png
Ticketing	Ticketing campaigns offer paid or free tickets for individuals, couples, sponsors, or tables. You can also use a ticketing campaign for raffles and basket raffles.	2026 ticketing.jpg
Auction	Auction campaigns can be used to host silent auctions with mobile bidding or traditional bidding, or live auctions.	2026 Auction.jpg
Long Pledge	Long Pledge campaigns are suitable for situations where donors pledge large amounts to be donated over a period of time (in months) in small installments.	2026 long-pledge.jpg
Last Hero	Last Hero Campaigns allows you to host the very popular fundraising game where the last donor who pledges becomes the hero.	2026 Last Hero.jpg
Peer to Peer	Peer-to-peer campaigns allow you to get your community to make commitments and share the campaign to raise funds in their social circles in a leaderboard format. Can be used for walkathons or readathons or to challenge your board members to see who can raise the most.	2026 Peer to Peer.png
Merchandise	Merchandise campaigns allow you to sell items to donors before, during, or after an event. You can sell items such as drink tickets, food tickets, tickets for opportunities like a wine pull or other event day sales.	2026 Merchandise.jpg
Party Sign Up	Party Sign Up Campaigns allow you to create parties, experiences, or events that donors can sign up for by purchasing one or more spots.	2026 Party Sign Ups.jpg
Puja	This campaign type is designed for Hindu temple puja offerings, help with donations, and scheduling.	2026 Puja.jpg
In Kind	In-Kind Campaigns can be used to track and send receipts for in-kind donations. In-kind donations are items or services given by individuals or businesses, usually to be auctioned off.	2026 in-kind.png

To create a campaign please go to Campaigns from the left hand side menu and choose the correct campaign. For more information about Campaign Settings [click here.](https://docs.paybee.io/home/resources/general-campaign-settings) ## Spread the word PayBee allows you to share the campaigns across all your channels. Click on Share next to your campaign and you can Copy Campaign Link, Share on Facebook or Share on X or for specific campaigns the ability to embed them to your website.\ \ If you click on QR Code you can [download a QR code](https://docs.paybee.io/home/product/general-campaign-settings/resources#sharing-campaigns) to your campaign in the following three sizes: small, medium, or large. ## Track donations [Campaign reports](https://docs.paybee.io/home/guides/reports-and-analytics/campaigns-report) will show you the campaign-level activity. The [All Transactions Report](https://docs.paybee.io/home/guides/reports-and-analytics/completed-transactions) allows you to find more information about each donation/transaction. Specific campaign types do have unique reports to them to explore these please click on Manage and then choose the campaign type.
